The event is a New Year’s Eve party which will go on until after midnight. To comply with legislation, children and young people under the age of 18 can only attend the event if they are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or other person with parental authority, with a valid ticket in conjunction with a valid pre-registration.
A person with “parental authority” has to meet the following requirements:
- The person must be over 18 years old and must have the appropriate maturity to responsibly offer a child the required support during the event.
- The person must be able to present a letter of authority from a parent or legal guardian that shows that the person is acting with the consent of the parent or legal guardian, and a copy of the ID card or passport of the parent or legal guardian must be attached to this letter of authority.
- The person must capable of ensuring that the child or young person returns home safely.
To protect minors, the organiser has the right to deny children and young people access to the event if it is of the opinion that the parent or legal guardian cannot provide sufficient protection. In this context, we would like to point out the following: Evening pop/rock events are generally intended for adults and in theses cases are not suitable events for children. If a parent or legal guardian still want to attend such an event together with children, then they are responsible for the safety of these children. In particular, adequate hearing protection must be ensured.
